I think I found this recipe in a magazine but I'm not totally sure but ever since I saw it I've been dying to try it! And I thought I would share this wonderful simple recipe with you all.
THE WATERMELON-CUCUMBER SALAD:
What You Need;

4 cups of diced watermelon (i just used a little less than half of my watermelon)
1 cucumber sliced
a hand full of mint thinly sliced (to taste)
1/2 a cup of lime and or lemon juice (i used both)
1/4 olive oil
a hand full of feta cheese (again according to taste i LOVE feta so i used a few hand fulls <3)
How To Prepare;


simply toss all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
